All sales final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges, except for clothing items.


CLOTHING EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY


We are now offering a one-time exchange or return for store credit for all regular-priced clothing items.

Please read carefully

We totally get it — sometimes things don’t work out!

We will gladly accept a one-time exchange or return for store credit within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

Just send us a DM or email within 7 days to get started.

You will be responsible for any shipping costs related to the return or exchange.

Please make sure your item is: 

-In it’s original packaging
-Unworn, unwashed, and unused
-In resalable condition

If we receive an item that does not meet these requirements, we will have to void the return and send it back to you.

Please understand that if a clothing item has been worn beyond simply trying it on, we will not be able to accept it for a return or exchange. Obvious signs of extended wear include: stretching, deep creasing in the sleeves, underarms, or back, and wear marks that do not occur from folding or shipping.

Our policy is in place to ensure fairness, hygiene, and quality for all customers. We kindly ask that items are only tried on briefly and kept in new condition if a return or exchange is needed.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

***If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 7 days to discuss the issue.  We will be happy to work with you to find a solution.
